Kolding Hospital. Motivation - Joy - Mutual Respect

Kolding Hospital is a general hospital with a staff of 1,250 persons and a capacity of 300 beds. The hospital has specialised medical departments and surgical departments including orthopaedics, surgical gastroenterology, vascular surgery and gynaecology. The hospital is also specialised in obstetrics, paediatrics and neonatology. Educating nursing and medical students is another major activity. Kolding Hospital does research in co-operation with Syddansk University. Quality management is part of our daily work, as part of which the paediatric department monitors patients’ satisfaction with services. The hospital takes part in a national quality management project focussing on good clinical practise for patients with apoplexy.
