In order to select and prepare specific common interventions, the project contracted the Swiss Foundation for Migration and Population Studies with conducting a systematic literature review. The review covers available knowledge concerning health and health care problems related to migrant status and possible solutions to them. The review grouped interventions in four areas: communication, responsiveness, empowerment and monitoring, and it highlighted the importance, principle options and evidence for effectiveness of interventions in these areas.
